AOED (Architectural Office of Ethan Davis) was founded by Ethan Davis in 2023.

Davis was an Architect at Olson Kundig until 2023, and previously held an Associate position at Seattle-based design firm, Mithun.

Davis received his master’s degree in Architecture from Cornell University where he was the recipient of the Echweiler Prize, a Mary M. Lyons Graduate Fellowship, the Richmond Harold Shreve Award, and the Henry Adams Medal of Merit. In 2016, Davis was a teaching associate for the Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP).

Davis also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana.
